“The Tulsa Historical Society had excellent print, TV and radio coverage leading up to and through our grand opening generated by Waller & Company Public Relations. Given the size of our staff (four) and our focus on the tasks involved in getting the building open and exhibited, we could not have and would not have generated the interest and exposure that Waller was able to generate. A number of people in the community have commented that they were hearing something or seeing something about THS frequently.
One of the greatest benefits was that Waller was able to identify and package potential stories in such a way to capture the media’s attention. With Waller, the messages were targeted and sent to the right people, creating opportunities that would not have existed had THS staff sent out generic releases to generic positions.
